Stick to your calorie limit and bulk up the meals with veggies or fruit. Eat every 2-3 hours a 200-300 to tiny meal. Start with 10min of experience everyday that you can. Perhaps join over eaters anonymous for support and inspiration. As you start buying up meals with fruit and veggies your cravings for processed foods decreases. Meals every 2-3 keeps your blood sugar from dipping and it feels like your always eating or about to eat so there's no depriving. Take your calories limit and divide it by 6:00 and you'll have your calorie limit for each 2-hour section. Use any of these tips or none at all just know you're doing great. Just take Little steps each day and the direction you want to go. 🫂♥️0
