Years ago when I was on a calorie restricted diet, I lost some weight and as an incentive to help me continue to lose, I bought a large number of clothes in a smaller size. (They were on clearance with an additional 20% off.) I didn't go on to lose any more weight and regained what I'd lost plus some more pounds. I've lost 60 pounds since adopting the IF lifestyle and they all fit now! They're brand new and still have hang tags on them. I'm so happy. I have a brand new wardrobe!
