    11/22-168-Planted the circle driveway after the landscaper placed big rocks. Got the floor mopped and just have smaller jobs to do to get ready for Thanksgiving. Youngest adult son called and said he and gf are getting here today; it will be nice to get them here one day early ahead of older brother.

    Working on getting my Blood Pressure down a bit through exercise and diet. I also do intermittent fasting, which helps me limit my evening snacking and wine 🍷 drinking to social events only.

    Count me in for round 206. I lost 1.2 pounds last round but it was a struggle. My plan this round is to continue to plan/track meals, exercise even though traveling, and avoid my late-night snacking triggers.

    72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    64 yr young F, 5ft 4 Round 206 (my 138th). As always, thank you. @QuiltingJaine.

    Same goal this round as last; to lose a pound. No binges, keep within limits.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    I got care free in maintenance and the scale went up one lb at a time. Now I’m turning it around one lb at a time.

    9/12/22- 185lbs

    11/23- 181 Still working my way back down. Focused on getting my workouts in. Thanksgiving will have some triggers but my no taking home leftovers rule should help. Thinking I should have a rule “no drinking wine around my overly critical, judgmental sister”. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the fam, especially the Texas contingency which flies in any minute now.

    11/23 - 122.6, that’s a relief! I finally had a good day and must have flushed a lot of water and other (TMI) stuff out. I did not sleep well. I stayed up too late watching a Christmas movie (Falling for Christmas with Lindsay Lohan was so cute!) and woke up early to the sounds of mice in the wall. We just can’t seem to get rid of those buggers. My old cat is not a mouser and apparently her smell doesn’t work as a deterrent. The only thing we’ve ever had success with is a “humane” trap but it kind of feels the opposite of humane. However, they eat the bait right off of any snap traps we’ve tried.
