    64 yr young F, 5ft 4 Round 208 (my 140th). As always, thank you. @QuiltingJaine.

    Goal for this round, same as last, is to lose that gained pound, a bit more too would be nice! No binges, keep within calories & macros.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    ON 8/29: was 134 LBS and had a 33” natural waist
    My Goal: (Dec 17, 2022- 117-119 LBS & waist 27” at 2 PM)
    Round 208: RSW 118.6 waist 28.5” (goal this round to have a 28” or smaller waist)

    Losses or gains:
    round 207- 1.2 lbs
    12/12-119.0 Met goal- five days early!!!

    will work on toning my waist and upper arms-but very happy so far.

    got care free in maintenance and the scale went up one lb at a time. Now I’m turning it around one lb at a time.

    2016- 245lbs
    2019- 142lbs
    9/12/22- 185lbs

    9/13 182.6- starting this round up after a late and decadent dinner out for work. I skipped the alcohol which is a plus. The holiday season has wrecked havoc on my workout schedule and my eating. 5 more holiday events to go!!! Goal this round is to just not gain, to get in my daily workouts and to omit the alcohol from my social events.

    12/13: 145.8 - I didn't have dinner planned so hubby picked up take-out sushi, clear soup, and edamame (all delicious) along with a bottle of white wine. I got in a 30-minute Peloton bike workout and a 15-minute weight workout. My weight is up today a bit from yesterday, I'm sure, due to the added calories from the alcohol. Dinner will be planned tonight.

    It looks like I’m going to finish the year not much lower that I started it. I don’t know whether to be disappointed at not losing, or relieved that I’ve (re)lossed the 3 pounds I gained in the summer. A bit of both, I guess. This round ends on my birthday, and I’m determined to be below 177 by then, which is highly doable. Nighttime eating, or lack thereof, is the key, and I know that, so….

    12/13 -198.4- (Trend weight 198.0) I’m still very pleased with this weight considering I am bloated pretty bad in the ankles and abdomen. Days and days of travel and being away from home has not allowed me to take my waterpill. Today is a local hair appointment for color that will keep me in a chair for nearly 3 hours. No pill again unless I take it after 3:00 pm and I don’t want to be up all night. Tomorrow is travel and cardiac rehab again. Good news? Cardiologist called and my cholesterol is great. I know it’s not my diet. They upgraded me from 10 mg. of meds to 80 mgs of meds after my stent surgery. But the meds are working for me. Since I’ll be near home today my diet should be on point.
