"I know what you mean:laugh: The last time my chiro sent me to get a massage for my neck and shoulder problems the poor therapist .....:laugh: We did manage to get the massage done and it certainly helped.
September 17: 6.25 miles I'm really not sure how it was this far.... I took a short morning walk and then I got on the treadmill after work and apparently just zoned out while the news was on."

So........I didn't work today and I got this crazy idea that I wanted to get 20000 exercise steps done today. :noway: Well, it made sense to me at the time anyway. So I took a two hour walk along the hiking/biking path before lunch, another walk at the park this afternoon and some time on the treadmill after dinner to get there. Who knew it would add up to 9 miles all together? :noway:
I have a feeling I may be paying for this tomorrow.:sad: And I have to work too. :ohwell:

If you go to that web address and open the spreadsheet, look for a tab called SUMMARY and on it you will find tons more stats and a PRETTY, COLOR GRAPH! :bigsmile: There are actually several graphs on the other tabs if you're so inclined (as I am).
And another to TAXMOM9093 for putting in 3 separate workouts today to hit a goal of 20,000 steps! :drinker:
I got a 3.6 mile run/walk in tonight and felt best I've felt in a long time. Shaved almost another minute and a half off my time at the 5K mark! I was pretty excited about that. I have a total of 44.6 miles for the month now.
