My September goal is 85 miles!
9/1 - ran 1.3 miles & walked 1.7 miles
9/2 - walked 1.7 miles
9/3 - swam 1.1 miles & ran 1.7 miles
9/5 - biked 14 miles & ran 1 mile
9/6 - walked 1.7 miles
9/8 - ran 2.6 miles
9/10 - biked 7 miles & ran 1 mile
9/11 - ran 3.5 miles
9/13 - ran 2.6 miles
9/17 - swam .8 miles walked 1.7 miles
9/18 - ran 3.5 miles
9/21 - ran 2.6 miles
9/22 - rode 12 miles
9/24 - swam .8 miles, rode 7 miles, ran 1.7 miles
9/26 - ran 3.5 miles

This is going to be a busy month ... Won't have much free time for the long rides, so shooting for 120 miles for September.

Sept. 13th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
Sept. 14th: 12 miles (*Cycling-MTB*)
Sept. 15th: 3.25 miles (*1/2 Way to St. Pat's Day 5k*)
Sept. 16th: .75 miles (*Swim - Laps*)
Sept 19th: 1.25 miles (*Running - Drills*)
Sept. 20th-22nd: 10 miles (*Walking*)
Sept. 25th: 1.0 mile (*Swim - Laps*)
Sept. 25th: 6 miles (*Running*)
Sept. 27th: 15 miles (*Spin*)

I know I'm not going to make goal this month. But I have stepped up the mileage part. I just didn't account for the lost of milage with not commuting to work on a bike now. I'm still proud of my numbers though. There are only 3 days where the mileage is below 3 miles. That's a great average for me!

Will do on Monday Janet, thanks. I'll be out of town for the weekend with dear wife celebrating our 20th anniversary and I'm not planning any mile-producing workouts , but you never know.
Just came back from a short night ride, testing my new HR/Power meter thingie. I did 5 miles before I knew it. See the last few months my workouts are mostly swims and runs and eventually I forgot how miles fly by on the bike. It takes me 40-45 mins to swim a mile, but I can easily ride 8-9 miles in the same amount of time. So there, I'll nail my 100 miles by Monday night. :bigsmile:
