Hi.
Just started today, am doing a personal continuous improvement project for weight loss for my six sigma green belt class so I can get my certification. So, it’s a must!
Been trying for years, did achieve weight loss before but not in a way it will stick. Hopefully from the app and the class I can learn to stick to my behavioral changes.
Hope everyone is doing well, and am looking forward to this process.
