Hey everyone! I'm here to keep track of my macros, improve my responses to my sweet cravings, and to generally feel better while training. I'm vegan, currently training for a 1/2 marathon, and am working on doing my first pull up again since grade school :lol: If any of this resonates with you I'd love to connect :smile:
