Hey everyone I don’t really want to lose weight but I have a stomach is it possible to do this and lose my stomach fat for muscle please help and workout advice
I was doing 12-3-30 and lose enough weight. I want a six pack but I don’t want to be skinny is this possible heeeelllp please

Possible? Probably yes. May be slow (will be, for the muscle part). Some people, especially some women, can't get to a full 6-pack without being too thin overall (depends on fat distribution). If a woman is trying to retain a bigger booty and breasts, sometimes that's going to limit what can happen with abdominal fat. Genetics matter.
How? Probably good progressive whole-body strength-training program faithfully performed, good overall nutrition (especially but not exclusively adequate protein), and boatloads of patience.

Exactly what Anne said. The only thing I'll add is that seeing abs is all about body fat. We all already have abs, they're just covered up. And you'll have to get to a low enough body fat to be able to see them. I've heard for *most* people that will usually happen between 10 and 15% body fat. And this may or may not be realistic for you, depending on your appetite and genetics.
ETA: you may not even like the way the rest of your body looks when you get lean enough to see abs.2
