I’ve decided to separate my speed bag work to track my progression.

Grand total so far....5 hours 56 minutes (Argh! Just short of 6 hrs! 1/3 of March goal...I am SO much fitter than I was just three months ago! I'm easily fit enough to do 5 hours just this week....thanks for the inspiration!) 😊3 -

Grand total for March...10 HOURS! I'm going to make my goal with 11 days still left in the month! 😀 Its very satisfying for me to see a distinct pattern here. I'm increasing exercise one hour per week. 2hrs, 3 hrs, 4 hrs (plus change). The "spare change" adds up to an extra hour. My trajectory is 5 hours this week. YAY!
I do a variety of different exercises so I stay motivated. Eleptical, aerobics with weights, yoga and I started walking a few minutes last week. I'm down to a size 8! I may be following the Tortoise Approach....but it's DEFINITELY working! 👍 In fact, I checked my exercise report yesterday...I have missed only FOUR days out of the last 30 days! I'm seriously LOVING this challenge of 24 hrs exercise per month. I think it's great for ANYONE who is SERIOUS about making this an ultimate goal....is willing to be patient....and CONSISTENTLY log their exercise on a daily basis on MFP. Just add it up weekly, post here, and set monthly goals. 24hrs monthly is inevitable. 😉 My March Goal is still 18 hours. (but would be thrilled to pass it!).3
