100-Day Weight Tracking as a Binge-Free & Sugar-Free Human
Bingeing is why I'm where I am now. I want to see the results with 100 days of no bingeing. I'm not talking about going over calories from overeating a little, I'm talking full-out bingeing. And that's not just on bad foods, even when I'm eating well, I'll binge. This will be extremely challenging but if I stick to it (and stay off sugar and simple carbs to stop cravings), there is no way I'm not going to see consistent weight loss during these 100 days (not to mention the health benefits)! I'll say right from the get-go, if I do slip, I will not punish myself, I will just move to the next day binge-free. However, my goal is NOT to binge.
I want to see what happens when I don't give up!100 Days: Binge-Free✔ / Sugar-Free✔

176.x stayed around another day - YAY!!. Another snow storm coming. Hopefully this is the last one. I love every season in Maine (even winter), but my Georgia roots kick in, even after 23 years in Maine, asking where are the flowers and leaves LOL. Because of covid and my illness/surgery last summer, and now my MIL's illness, it's been so long since I've been to Georgia, and I miss my family so much!! I'm a very fearful flyer. Even though I worked for Delta Air Lines for 30 years, and I still have free flight privileges, for years, I took Amtrak to Georgia because of my fear. I love trains but the trip was exhausting. I would leave about 4am to drive to NH, take CJ's bus to BOS, BOS to Penn Station, then overnight to ATL, arriving 30 hours later. Time to put my big girl panties on and fly!!

Oh my I feel this. I missed out nearly 3 years of visiting my family in Canada due to covid. I did get back last May but sadly wad for my daddy's funeral. I am not a good person to fly with. So I take lorazapam and I barely remember the 3 hour flight but remain awake. I return this May for a visit with momma and my son is here in Florida with me for 2 weeks. Love your driving plan. We do what we can....
@GirlOnTheRebound I am so sorry about your Dad's passing. My Mom passed away during covid also. I'll ask my doc about lorazapam - thanks for writing about that. You are so lucky to have your son there for 2 whole weeks! Actually, I think it was your post the other day that I laughed and could relate to where you said you were planning snuggles with your son BUT he didn't know about the snuggle agenda. LOL. My son lives in Atlanta and because of covid the last years and because of work, hasn't gotten to come up very much. Enjoy your time with your son!
Thank you for your kind words. Sorry about your mom. It was me hoping for snuggles and I am happy that at 35 he understands my need lol. 9 more days then he is home but I will see him and the rest of family in May. If not lorazapam perhaps another anxiety med might be recommended. Good luck!3 -

64 yr young F, 5ft 4 Round 217 (my 148th). As always, thank you. @QuiltingJaine you are a star!
Goal for this round; again I'm not looking at a specific number, any loss and keeping clear of binges, keep within calories & macros. I can do this but, consistency is paramount, lets do it again for just for 10 days as the reward is great!!Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It’s taken me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back to around 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

3/13 151.6 (trend 151.8) Had a poor night's sleep, OH chose to sleep in a different room after not speaking to me all day, he's so stubborn sometimes. Woke at 4am and knew I wasn't going to get back to sleep as I was fretting about an early appointment at the doctors for a cervical screening, yuck. So got up, weighed and made a coffee. Not sure I'm going to make it to the gym today as I'm really tired. My weight is really resisting my efforts, but I refuse to drop below 1200 calories or increase my exercise any further as I will make myself ill. Better just to keep doing what I'm doing, at least I'm lighter than I was at the start of the year and much fitter.
2hrs strength training, 1hr walking yesterday, and I forgot to have dinner, so under calories, oops. Craving carbs today, I need the energy. Round goal weight is set for basically the same weight I was at the start of last round, so should be doable. I am leaving for a week in Portugal on the last day of this round so I want to give this round my 100%... except not today!

@39flavours 1200 calories, 2 hours strength training and 1 hour walking. Have you considered whether you could be eating too little. When I worked as a WW receptionist, one of the most controversial pieces of advice I ever gave (an gave it for 12 years) was to eat more. I cannot tell you how often I heard good news from the member the following week. Something to think about.
Yes, this is something I'm considering, I am planning on seeing where I'm at by the end of the month and perhaps experimenting with adding in some more calories. The fear of slowing down weight loss even further, or even gaining, makes me wary of trying, but it may be that I need more fuel in the engine to work more effectively. Thanks x7 -

3/14 150.6 (trend 151.6) I didn't do any exercise yesterday. I had a busy morning with a Dr appointment, then decided to go and use a sunbed to get a bit of base colour on my skin. Not something I've done for many years, and I've only done 3 or 4 times ever, but I'd forgotten how warm and relaxing it is, even if it is so bad for you! Once in a while can't matter that much, can it?
My weight is down today but I think it's just dehydration as my eyes felt really puffy when I woke up. I went over calories by a few hundred, I just felt like taking it easy. Had my first hot cross bun of the year, soooo good!
I haven't planked for a few days, need to get back on it.

Have not been here for a year, but nothing has worked better for me to lose weight then to be involved daily with this board. Life has thrown me quite a lot of curveballs that I am not juggling well. Started snacking and eating junk food which never helps you feel better. I hope to lose a few pounds and to eat more healthy.

3/13:125.8- Starting the rest of my life today- deciding to be be happy again. One foot in front of the other. Wish you all well and a beautiful day. God Bless!
3/14:125.8- Edited (Was disappointed with myself so decided to reweigh and was same now as yesterday. Funny now the next sentence looks wrong- but I probably would have written just the sam if originally woke up to find weighed the sam) Not a good start but made worse by thinking I would actually be less today. Stress level thru the roof. Have to go back to work, have been blessed by finding job in my previous industry but need to be relicense and learning the material again overwhelming me. Not sure if bloated maybe dinner had too much salt, made posole. My mother had several stokes last year and unable to speak, miss her so much and making the soup reminded me of her.

3/14 - 158.2 - No sudden movements or you may scare the scale back up... I figured I'd see an uptick today after a heavy dinner. I do have leftovers for lunch so tomorrow may still show an uptick, especially with chicken enchiladas for dinner tonight. Once I post, I'm doing my rowing machine sprints as cross training. I'm procrastinating due to a morning tension headache. I need a new pillow better for back sleepers (which I seem to have become in the last two weeks or so...) Anyway, much warmer inside and the pups don't feel as left out. Like last night, I'll likely take them for a walk.

Previous Day's Comments3/13 - Just like last round, I end up with a woosh on the first day and it gets me right to my goal. Hopefully this round I'll be able to maintain it and not having any big bloating days. Need to figure out how to get both bodyweight and run in. I'm about to do bodyweight but with this daylight savings time, sunrise isn't until after 7am when I have to be on the computer. I'm thinking, since almost nobody is on until after 8am, I'll hop on work for a bit, go run when it gets lighter out, and then resume work after. BF running, too, and he may run in the dark and if that's the case, I'll do that, too. I feel better with another person out there with me in the dark (wildlife, not monsters haha!!!)

Hi All - Robyn yo-yo here! I'm in for another round. I lost around four pounds during round 215 only to gain it back during 216, so I'm a bit frustrated with myself but not giving up. My goal is to stop fooling around and to lose 10-14 pounds over the next 6 rounds (by May).

3/13 DNW TRAVELING. I have been attacked my the dreaded "in a/c out a/c" cold. Couldn't lay head down for sleep. Can't breathe. Sinuses exploding. Today is last ball game so I am masking up and going to make the best of it. The Blue Jays have won all three games. Let's hope for all four! Its a 2.6 mile walk to the park mostly on a trail and the rain is holding off. Therefore its another walk day. Lots of water and leftover penne chicken piccata dinner.
3/14 DNW TRAVELING. Yesterday was another win! Didn't stay the whole game. Blue Jays 16 Boston 3. Walked 5.2 miles there and back. Leaving today for 1 night at home before its March Madness games. I am tagging out though and husband is joining my son. Got my steps and got over 1000 calories eaten. A good day! Took dayquil and a nightquil and i am better but not back to normal. Tomorrow morning I get to weigh in and see what my body liked/disliked this week.

Please join us starting on 3/13 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 217!
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

3/13 156.5Breathe in deeply,3/14 154.9 - Today I will hopefully be able to take the first step in making changes….
And settle yourself into comfort.
Be here,
One with your breath,
One with you.
Come inside,
And uncover the peace within the stillness.
Today, choose peace instead of anger,
Love instead of hate.
The sooner we give up these things,
The more quickly we align with peace.
Let peace be your only option as you walk through this day.
Peace always prevails.

Today is our 31st anniversary. Whew! 31!? It’s been a fun ride! Anyway, I woke up to a big box of chocolates from DH. Love the thought, of course love the chocolates, don’t love the calories. I’m going to freeze most of them for later, take a couple out occasionally. I’m sure we’ll be doing something special for a late lunch/early dinner. 🥂 Maybe I’ll skip the scale tomorrow! Anyway, it’s freakin’ cold out, so I think I’m in again most of the day. Looking forward to warm days so I can walk everything off!

Stick to Plan:- Calorie cycle for a weekly average of 1200 to 1500
- Exercise: Row, Walk, Bike, Weights, Snowshoe, Dance, Jazzercise
- Water: Shoot for 80oz per day
- Binge-Free & Sugar-Free for 100 days
- Lots of veggies and protein, some fruit (very little processed foods or simple carbs which I hardly have anyway)
- I need to figure out a way to get more grains. I'll try oatmeal again.

Almost dropping to 175.x this morning was a nice surprise. I'm proving to myself that when I stick to my plan, it will happen! You lose confidence that you can do it when you stop and start as many times as I have. I don't have much faith that we won't lose power with this storm (knocking on wood as I say that).

3/14 126.0 Just sticking to my plan, finally. My evening snacking has been sunflower seeds salted in the shell. Time consuming due to sucking all of the salt! Drinking plenty of water. Up today at 4:30AM Lunch today with a friend. Let me just add that waking at 4:30AM is not acceptable to me!8 -

3/13-168-So glad to be “back on the wagon”; it’s Monday, a new round and the sun is shining! Had another crab feed this weekend and that came with pasta and everything else. Went to a wonderful Japanese restaurant yesterday for a friend’s birthday, super good food but lots of carbs. Board meeting this morning and then a walk in the sunshine and hopefully hop on the horse.
3/14-170-On top of all of the weekend eating, my friend gave us a loaf of her homemade sourdough bread; it’s got sun dried tomatoes and Greek olives. Maybe I’ll slice it up and freeze it, having “one” piece every once in a while. Rain today, yoga this morning and errands. Got my seeds started yesterday.9 -
Hello my friends...sorry I missed the last day of R216. I had a great visit with some friends...my joy bucket is filled...but so was my belly. Time to get back on track as we leave for Mexico in 15 days!!! I wanted to get down to 170 or below by then but last round wasn't super awesome so I'm just going to be hopefully optimistic about that goal.

3/13 - 176.4 - Bleh - result of many laughs and tears over too many glasses of Prosecco on the weekend. But it's Monday and I'm committing to tracking everything this week...even the scone I had for breakfast today (I brought them home for the boys but apparently they haven't noticed them). I will see it when I open my app to track lunch and dinner and will make good choices for a balanced day. Last morning with my parents' dog, so I'm also looking forward to some good hikes this week without the pokey little puppy, Mack and I are both missing them. I'm feeling the time shift this morning so we will get out for a walk but probably keep it lighter, I can hop on the elliptical later if I have an energy burst. Have a great start to the week everyone!!!
3/14 - 175.6 - right direction. Feeling off today again...slept horribly, my lower back is super tight. Wanted to hike today but think I'll stick to a light walk to loosen things up and then some stretching, don't want to end up in the woods with my back seizing up.

My first goal was to reach 185 by the out of town wedding I am going to next weekend. I have reached that goal and am working this week to lose a little more so that I will still be below 190 when I get back in town and get back to work to lose the rest of this weight.

For some reason the cold yesterday seemed to go right through me, so I stayed in other than a few fetch games with 5he pup out back. I’m feeling more inclined to get out today.

It took me years to realize that what I eat (or don’t eat) today may take 2-3 days or more to be reflected in my weight. Hang in there and don’t get discouraged. Stick to your plan and see what happens.5 -
