I’m new at this …

Hi everyone. I’ve been struggling for so long with weight and if anyone has any helpful tips or advice or even wants to share their weight loss story and what helped them shed the lbs. I’m all ears. I just don’t wanna fail this time. Thanks! 🫶🏻

Think positive; you’re going to do things different to before so that you’ll be successful.
What you do differently of course depends what you’ve done in the past but maybe you never used MFP? Maybe you never bothered to weigh foods abs just eyeballed them? Maybe you set a really restrictive calorie goal based off a too ambitious timescale for losing?

You totally can do this, zero reason why not. Just heed the advice of all those who’ve been in your shoes and for heavens sake set a slow and sustainable rate of loss. Celebrate the mini milestones along the way and be ok with it perhaps taking a year or more to get to your goal weight.
