Hello fitness friends. Today is day 1. Looking to drop 50 lbs. No more excuses. Today I stop procrastinating and I chose my health. Hope to see everyone succeed and achieve their goals. I got you n you got me!! Keep me positive and I’ll be your hype too! 🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏻

Keep going strong! It's a journey that is worth the work, I am starting back over from some health issues and facing surgery in May so i'm along for the journey again too. Blessings~0

I just restarted Monday. Found out I was diabetic in January. Asked Dr for help and took phentermine for 2 months. Ate healthy and exercised. Lost 35 pounds fast. Gained 20 back already. Decided slow and steady is best. No pills. Healthy eating. I am 63yrs old, 5ft 4, 185 pounds. Tracking everything!1
