The good news is that my trend weight (while moving a little throughout the week here & there) is still the same as last week even though my weight has went up. It is having faith in me that I haven’t had in myself. Time to show it that it was right!

    We are still on our two week vacation. I am really relaxed and carefree. We eat fruit every morning for breakfast. And then we eat a lighter lunch. Our dinner is usually a protein and lots of veggies.

    We have been swimming and walking on the beach. My broken leg has healed well enough and I can walk very comfortably.

    My final goal weight is 145.

    Nice to have a decent loss this week. I felt better than last week so I was able to get back to my normal workouts but I'm still tiring easily. The smoky air is back so I haven't been able to do too much outdoors. Calorie burns per my fitness tracker were weird for a few days this week and said my heart rate was up. As a result I burned more than twice as many calories as usual for those days. Not sure if that was wacky or not but I resisted eating those calories just in case.

There will be food that is out-of-plan so the key will be portion control. A new month always feels so hopeful. I’m starting with a small drop on the scale which feels even better.
