Looks a bit like pond water - but tastes good! (Used a vitamix instead of a juicer)

In this batch the celery stood out more. Though I love grapefruit! Maybe Iβll use more grapefruit next time ..1 -

Totally busted my calorie budget yesterday π. Oh well, moving forward! Lol
Protein tea, nf yogurt, berry medley for bfast. Back on track π
Taking hubby to the boardwalk at Jones Beach this afternoon. Should be a nice day for a walk at the boardwalk - sunny skies, spring breeze, 71Β°F βοΈ

Icksnay on-yay fajitas-shay ! π
Today's Salad was in two parts- dry add-ins were munched trail mix style as snacks on boardwalk walking this afternoon, with hubby.
Wet add-ins, greens, and cherry tomatoes, were dinner when we got home.
Quick ci .... tired, but happy - 8:29p ET ci, Monday - Goal! π
16,206 steps. Had such a lovely afternoon stomping around several miles of boardwalk. Hubby was glad we went, he'd never been to Jones Beach before - couldn't believe how huge the parking lots were, then the same again fir how big the beaches were!
I said you should see it in summer, jammed with people.

Cantaloupe, banana, mandarin, nf cottage cheese, pepper, chopped cashews.
I had to make a fruit salad for another challenge, I'll get some greens tho, with second half of yesterday's salad, for lunch π

Friday 'Not Salad' π€ͺ

I have smoothies all the time, but I put kale in it for the first time tonight. Pleasant surprise. It made my smoothie thicker and more filling. I use vanilla unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened vanilla protein powder, and fruit, so it's usually a little sweet. Kale made it taste less sweet, but didn't hurt the flavor at all. I'm gonna do it again! Good way to add veggies!1

I had green beans and carrots with dinner, but no salad. Seafood feast on the beach at a beach side restaurant near Oyster Bay with sister and brother-in-law. Really good! And feet in the sand while we ate was nice too β±οΈπ
