I am back at MFP in a big way. I have all my motivation cylinders firing.
Over the years I have found two important things for me on MFP.
1- When I put in the time to log my food I have control and can see my success. (Usually it all seems out of control)
2- MFP social is kind of weird and unhelpful. What works for me is finding threads, clicking "bookmark" then just checking the threads that are alive, and valuable to me. How many times can read about switching letters or if I would date the person above?
What's your plan?
How about a regular weekly weigh-in? U just started back on that.
