Eat up to your minimum calorie intake. DON'T try to lose more than 2% of your body weight a week.

Eat the calories you're supposed to eat.

MFP's daily calorie goal is a goal...not a limit. It's already calculated to be at a deficit from your maintenance calories. If you under-eat (severely for a long time) you risk missing out on required nutrition).

If you feel stuffed...choose foods that are calorie dense (nut, nut butter, add some fat to your cooking/recipe, choose full-fat dairy and other products, dried fruit, etc...)

It's likely (if you are or have routinely dieted or undereaten/restricted your calories) that your hunger cues may not be accurate so just because you aren't 'hungry' doesn't mean you shouldn't give yourself fuel/nutrition.

OP possibly you have your calorie goal too high and are told to eat back too many exercise calories.

What is your height and weight and gender?

How many calories is the calculator telling you to take in?

    What is your goal?
