Icky Weather & Exercise

I’m in the southeastern states and the air has turned to soup: tepid, thick, soup. What are your favorite FUN ways to get movement in when the elements laugh in your face?
I like to dance around my house while I clean. I may even see if my swimsuit fits and go to the pool at the gym later (which also feels like soup for some reason).
I’d love to hear your unconventional exercise ideas!!! Have a great Sunday.

I don't have to deal with humidity here, but it does get very hot and I typically tackle outdoor exercise in the morning before things turn into an oven. When I've been in very humid climates I tackled outdoor exercise at or around sunrise. In the winter I do more indoor training, but fortunately our winters are mild (and short lived) and I can usually get outside at least on weekend afternoons...during the week it's my indoor bike trainer, spin classes, and the weight room.0
