Keeping myself accountable

I've used MFP on and off for years to track. I'm 12stone4 atm, 5'10" female. I'm just at the top end of healthy BMI. I have facet joint and sacroiliac joint issues so want to lose a little weight (no more than 1 stone) to help manage my back condition, get stronger/fitter, and to generally feel better about myself!
I've been using another tracking app but am finding the stuff that goes along with it isn't for me so I'm back on MFP and want to make more use of these communities.
I go to the gym a couple of times a week, I also enjoy swimming, spinning, yoga and pilates so I tend to mix it up depending on how I'm feeling. I also horse ride once a week (probably not the best hobby for my back but I manage it well these days and listen to my body).
