Hi, I’m Kat. I’ve been on MFP for a while now, but only used it occasionally. I’m getting tired of making excuses and want to lose weight and maintain it so I’m more comfortable with myself. Looking for anyone to add me just so we can reciprocate motivation. ✌🏻
