Hey all! My name is Dee. I am back after not using the app for almost ten years. I initially used it to lose baby weight. It worked. I now have a few pounds to lose. Its been very difficult, regardless of counting calories and working out daily.

I am here for support and to support others. Feel free to add, as I am always looking for new people to get to know. I hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and hope to chat soon!

    I have been using the app after a loooong absence. Started about 2 weeks ago- just focusing on counting calories only. Not worrying about macros - that’s a future goal. The scale is moving - yay! I also am a WW member but find counting calories is more straightforward for me than points. Also tracking my calories lost through exercise. Best of luck on your journey!
