I have not been on FitnessPal for over five years. So I am new, but not new. I didn't use it as intended the first go around. I have another knee surgery coming up, so I am sedentary and I have to watch what I eat. Any pointers? If I go premium, how do you figure out what you need regarding carbs, etc.?
