Design Ideas Requested! What do you think of a waterproof-photo arrangement on a fountain?

I'm currently working on what I call a photo-fountain to celebrate how far I've come in my fitness.

Basically imagine waterproof posters propped up on a fountain like this one.

I honestly can't tell based on my research whether or not a fountain has been dressed up with personal photos + other waterproof items (I think it must have been but I couldn't find any photos of one!). The photo frames would obviously be waterproof- my idea is actually to get "metal prints" which are basically metal posters.

I have an example of metal posters here and here if you want to observe how the design types and sizes would look.
