Hi all,
Don’t know anyone in this community. Looking for friends to keep motivated.
I have been using the app for 5 years on and off. Steady for the last year.
My current objective is to gain muscle by being in caloric surplus and by lifting weights. My diet revolves around large protein intake and low fat. I love oatmeal in the morning and Greek salad for lunch
