Hi All,
I lost 12lbs several years ago, now I'm now looking to do the same again. I've been doing 16/8 as much as I can over the last few weeks and have lost a few pounds so far.
I've also started running in the mornings to see if I can lose a little bit more and will look to join the gym (again) next week.
I currently work out from home and have been weight training on and off for years.
Feel free to add me as I'm looking forward to motivating others whilst they motivate me.

Good start and welcome back.
How about running an MFP experiment? Try accurately logging your breakfasts into the MFP food diary for 3 or 4 days. See if you can get into that mode. If 'yes' tracking can be very effective for some.
