Flipping the switch.

Hello all!

I’m happy to start my journey again with living a healthier lifestyle and getting back into shape. My biggest motivation right now is my wife giving birth to our first baby. The past 4 months I’ve gain 30lbs from a lot of stress with planing our wedding which was beautiful, and mentally preparing ourself for the baby. I’ve caught myself not having the motivation I had prior to this and simply turning on the switch to workout again has been tough.
