Hello, I just started with this app and hoping it will keep me focused on my weight loss goals. I am a 55 yr old male, 5’10, 233 lbs. my primary exercise will be Peloton Cycling and free weights lifting.

This site can work magic for some people. There is a lot here, so I hope you find what keeps you inspired and motivated to progress. I think consistency is a big key...start a streak, log in here daily and post one thing. (:02 minutes out of your day) After a couple of weeks you'll be an MFP'er and posting pics of your 15 lbs loss and biceps progress pics. Good luck.0 -
