It took me the whole of year 1 to get rid of the 'friends' I made in the first term. *shudders*0 -

2000 calories in shakes each day is a LOT!
Not really. Whenever I make a smoothie/shake it's a cup of whole milk, a scoop of protein powder, and a banana. If I'm using vanilla flavored protein powder, I also add a cup of mixed berries. That puts me up at around 500 Calories. That's only 4 shakes per day, if that's all I'm eating.0
