Hi everyone.
Desperately need to lose a fair amount of weight. My health is awful and I know the extra weight makes it all worse.
I'm sticking to a calorie deficit, but I am limited to how I can exercise due to mobility issues. I walk as much as I can, when I can.
So far I've not noticed much difference, if any.
So I'm here looking for any and all support that is offered
