I have been on this for about 8 weeks and I am saying Hi to all of you.
My loss so far...... 3lbs!! I am stressed, although I tell myself not to be stressed.
How are you getting on?.

3 pounds is a really healthy rate of loss. Don’t stress!! But if you must, maybe try something new that excites you? A new kind of movement (yoga?) or a new healthy recipe?
I am also getting on fairly slowly. But I figure if it took me years to gain this weight a can handle months to get it off.1
