Hello, I'm a very active person I workout 5 days a week, I do cardio (elliptical, treadmill, indoor cycling) weightlifting, swimming, sauna and steam, I try to burn 2500 calories a day with my hypertrophy routine.

My goal is to build a healthy lifestyle and I'd like to connect with more people on MFP feel free to add me!
