    Comments: Weight loss must be mostly water change. Last week I gained almost 4#, and this week I am down a little. Was on the road again, where I may get dehydrated so I'm not clear on what is really going on but glad the direction is lower weight.

Iโ€™ll keep eating in a deficit, and wonโ€™t give up. I will say, I had a few slip ups this week because I ate a lot of candy for Halloween but Iโ€™m ready to get back on track. I โ€˜m planning on doing the โ€œ75 hard challengeโ€, where Iโ€™ll stay on top of my calories for the next 75 days, no excuses. Iโ€™ll update you all next week :)

    The point isn't to change what I'm eating - it's to change how I'm eating.

    I handled Thanksgiving pretty well. I was just slightly over my nutrition goals for the day. When the day was over and I was at home late at night I followed my husband into the kitchen and watched him eat some pie. He said come on it's Thanksgiving. I wanted a peace but saved it for this morning.

    I was a guest for Thanksgiving which made it easy. Not around food in the kitchen and lots of conversation which slowed eating. Meal was a buffet so easy to skip 2nds - no passing bowls to temp. Happy with small portions of tasty foods. :)

Officially 10 down this week, My goal is 120 lbs, so 15 more lbs to go ๐Ÿ’ช on Thanksgiving I had one plate with everything and dessert and it was good, I was satisfied and full but not stuffed. I felt a drop in my appetite and took advantage of it, so I ate less this week. The good thing is that I wasnโ€™t starving or in pain, but I felt a slight hunger which I was able to embrace and just accept that as a normal thing when losing weight.

I love what Iโ€™m eating and am always full!

I donโ€™t really have cravings anymore either so this calorie deficit is going really smoothly for me. It took awhile, I struggled a lot in the beginning, but I think my body adjusted now. I can definitely make it to my goal of 120, or maybe even 115. Maybe in 2
    months even.

I'm looking to gain some strength. Not lifting big, and keeping with my cardio workouts.

Welp, I will try and get back on track this week and keep being consistent. Iโ€™m starting to see some more muscle definition and am feeling great! Iโ€™m trying to lose 10 more pounds at least and then reevaluate from there. Iโ€™ve also been going really hard at the gym, and biking around more. I switched my workout split from upper/lower to push/pull/legs. Interested to see how Iโ€™ll feel with it. Looking forward to these next update!
