10/22-185.6-(Trend Weight: 186.2)- I made a little more progress than I realized for the week. I love doing my daily weigh-in challenges, but my weekly oneβs really give me the bigger picture, as does my trend weight. Iβve really had a tough week with cravings. While thatβs not completely out of the ordinary, it has been extraordinarily worse than usual. Iβm learning that even one tiny bit of sugar triggers me which is sad. @Rubyred427 , I really like the idea of your printed βmenusβ to choose from. It would feel a bit like a restaurant and a splurge to me to see all my choices so clearly.
10/29-185.6-(Trend Weight: 185.6)- Well, as you can tell by the nice drop in my trend weight, I did pretty good this week, until I didnβt (last night). I ended up going out to dinner with my DD and ordered everything wrong and then cleaned my plate. In the olden days, that would have made me a good girl. Nowadaysβ¦.yeah, not so much. Hopefully lots of water and TMI will help me before my final end-of-month weigh-in two days from now. Ugh, chasing my own tail, yet again.

πππIβm a 5β2β, soon to be eligible for Medicare girl from the Pacific Northwest. Took a βbreakβ from weighing and logging over the last few monthsβ¦ always a mistake! Gained back 6 or 7 pounds. Time to get back on track, one jug of water at a time! One pound a week seems like a good goal for October!πππ

Congratulations on your little one! Hope its not amiss to offer a thought about supply. I'm a nursing mother, too, but my baby is sixteen months so its less critical. I think La Leche League recommends no less than 1800 calories a day for an exclusively nursed infant, so maybe that's why your supply took a hit. π€· But you can increase your supply with plenty good calories and fluids for a week or so and then resume. Looks like what you're doing for weight loss is working great!

Thank you @Farmeress I'm at~2900-3000 cal average day for the last few weeks and still losing too quickly for my liking. It is saddening & frustrating to produce less milk than a month ago. I need to shed some lbs but would like to take the time to do so.

October 8: 165.8 - had a slow start to the week but trusted the process and my whoosh yesterday and today. Iβm controlled over my diet but have to work hard to get steps in.
October 15:164.6 - have had a weird week. Have been on point with my food, water and steps but not many bowel movements and my body has clung to the same weigh range all week!!! This is the least amount of weight I have lost over a week since I started 54 odd days ago. But aim is to get to 160 by the end of the month and have another two weeks to lose 4.6 lbs π€π€π€
October 22: 166 πππ I have been down with a flu and cold this week. I KNOW I have eaten within my calories this week so my body has been holding onto this weight. I know it will eventually drop it once it decides Iβm feeling better. I have looked at my previous weight loss weigh ins and the 168-164 lb range was hard for me last year too. It took me a whole month to move past 164 lbs - maybe thatβs a weight where my body is set to be comfortable? Regardless there are 10 more days left to move the scales. I doubt I will hot 160 by the end of the month but 162 is achievable. Wish me luck π«£

Made my goal, spot on. I'm happy with slow but steady loss. I've had fluctuations but have also been tracking on the Happy Scale app which calculates "trend weight" and that keeps me less fixated on the ups and downs.

I have started walking at my community center's indoor track again and using Leslie Sansone Walk At Home videos. I am still tracking my food daily. I usually walk the entire Costco/Sam's Club twice a month. The manager at the community center was amazed at my weight loss, as I hadn't been to the indoor track since January 2023. I started this monthly challenge in October 2022, and it has been a huge motivation.9 -
