Just thought I’d say hi!

Hi all,

I hurt myself back in November 2022 and have spend the better part of a year doing everything I can to get myself back to where I was. First stop was healing the injury and strengthening the muscles around it. Now it’s build on that! With the injury came the addition of 20lbs on my frame, so I’m hoping to get that weight off so I can feel more like I’m use to!

Here goes nothin!
