Hi, first time posting and ready to begin! I have had a hard time in the past using food as a coping mechanism for my stress. Now I am not there and want to move towards a new me! Motivation is always helpful! Thank you.

I can relate I also tend to use food as a coping mechanism for stress and Iv gained about 40lbs doing it and need to start fresh. I have successfully lost weight and kept it off with my fitness pal counting calories and doing intermittent fasting. I'm needing to start over. Covid hit and life became a lot harder.0
