Hello my name is Holly & I am new to My Fitness Pal. I am taking a Nutrition/Lifestyle Change class that lasts for 12 weeks. I am excited about this app my coach referred me to. 1st day tracking food. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated. TY
