November 2023 Walk/jog/run/Bike steps or miles challenge

Here we are again...NOVEMBER here we come!
WELCOME ONE AND ALL....
The Challenge is too MOVE as always! NO couch potatoes!
YOU choose your mode of exercise/steps/miles. Set a goal. Come as often as you can an log your progress so that WE may join in your HEALTHY JOURNEY!
MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 miles of walking steps. Winters are hard so I need all the encouragement I can get!

I am new and my challenge is to be more consistent. When I turned 50 my goal was to run at least 1 5k that year. I ran 4 and walked 2. I injured my leg and have struggled to get back to it. So, I am trying to get back to building up what I lost. I also want to walk 10k steps a day
