Build Muscle + Cut: How to set up MFP?

Hi. Thanks for your help. I'm wondering how you all with similar goals, have set up your app. At this point, gaining muscle is my primary goal, but I'd say I still have about 10 fat lbs I could cut. Overall, in essence, I want to maintain my current weight of 160 but swap 10 lbs of muscle for the fat, over time. Does MFP accommodate that?
Also, I'm new to this, so I'm wondering what would be the best macro ratio for this goal. Thanks. Have an awesome day!

It's called maintenance in mfp. Set your goals to 0 pounds loss.
Eat at maintenance, with high protein, and progressive overload training with sufficient volume. You should target at least 0.8g per pound protein.0 -
You might find some useful info in this thread:

Pretty much it would be eat close to maintenance calories, get good overall nutrition (especially but not exclusively sufficient protein), very importantly faithfully follow a good progressive strength training program, and be patient.
There's a research-based protein "calculator" and guide here, from a site that doesn't sell supplements:
