My nutritionist recommended this

I was just getting back on track trying to lose weight. Broke my ankle the same day I went to my first nutritionist appointment last February. I’ve improved my eating habits, but haven’t lost weight. She recommended this ap for tracking. Now that my body is healed I’m stepping up activities. I hope that helps too. I’m focusing on excuse elimination too. Got some home gym equipment & proper outdoor gear to eliminate excuses for not moving.

Follow the recommendations for calorie intake. I'm sure you're nutritionist gave you an idea of how your diet should regulate. And understand that just buying equipment doesn't fix the excuses. It boils down to your desire and being CONSISTENT. Once you set a habit in, you don't need much motivation to do it. Think of brushing your teeth. Don't need motivation.............you do it because it's just gotta be done.
