Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Debbie and I live in Maryland. I am 67 years young and have been dieting my entire life. I lost 40 lbs back in 2018 and kept it off for about two years. I looked terrific. I am now at my highest weight in a long time. I need to lose around 20-25 lbs. My blood pressure is elevated because of the weight gain. I don’t want to go on blood pressure medicine so losing weight is very important to me.
I think it will be fun to log my food into the system. Wish me luck!

I'm 68, have been around here for a few years, first to lose about 50 pounds, and then to stay in a healthy range (for 7+ years so far).
For me, logging my food was really helpful. I learned so much from it! Getting my blood pressure normalized was one of my reasons for losing weight, too. (Spoiler: It worked. ).
