I used this website in 2012 to begin a weight loss/exercise journey. I decided in 2012, for 30 days, I was going to make a new habit and I've sustained my exercise/diet change for the past 10 years.
The weight has been slightly up and down but never anywhere near to what I started at (almost 200lbs at 5'2") thankfully, I've never wavered on my workouts until being postpartum.. which ya kinda have to take a break from since the body just went through a big trauma in childbirth.
Buuuut now.. I've had to take 6 weeks of rest and I'm finally ready and able to get back into it. I came back because having the support PLUS the calorie counting was really beneficial for me and I'm now at my highest weight in 9 years from the hormones and extra baby pounds I put on. Looking for some supportive friends to encourage me and I them! I've got about 40lbs I'd like to lose and would like some of ya with similar goals to come along with me! We got this > : D
