New to the App, learning balance over extreme. Daily CrossFit training is my jam. Learning to run further, 6k is where I’m at, and 10k is next. My goal is to be trim enough to train at my best level but still enjoy all the best parts of life like delicious food. Balance is the goal, this next step is all about mastering beautiful, healthy balance.
