@SheilaBoneham I just wanted to let you know that you arenβt alone. The person I have often referred to as my BFF has not communicated in over a year. She lost her male companion 16 months ago and 3 weeks later her daughter-in-law. I understand how upsetting that is. I tried to keep her busy and we had three βdates β set up for nails, helping my daughter at school x2. She cancelled all three, not by calling and saying so, just not showing up which led to me calling her to see if she was coming. A year ago she had cataract surgery so I called to see how she was doing a few days later. She said she would call me back and I havenβt heard from her yet. I donβt expect to. Some people are rude.7

12/18 133.0 Great Greek yesterday with family and friends and ate some chocolate in the afternoon

12/20 133.0 Community bingo tonight - pizza, salad and cake. Nail appt and lunch with DH
12/21 135.5 There is no way this is real. We didnβt go to lunch yesterday, will go today. I ate about a dozen Hershey kisses, other than that my eating was good - skipped the pizza crusts and just ate the meat, veg and cheese and a small salad. 2 eggs and 2 bacon for breakfast.
12/22 133.5 DD and DGGS came over for a visit. He seems to be cutting more teeth and was a little cranky. I had beef brisket for lunch yesterday, leftovers today. Went to bed at 8 last night because I couldnβt keep my eyes opened. Then I was up every 2 hours because I had a cramp in my left ankle. Garmin shows 8 hours 43 minutes of sleep but I sure donβt feel rested. Tomorrow we are invited to friends for dinner.
12/23 134.0 Out to brunch with blind friend - steak, eggs, potatoes and toast. 1 cup of leftover squash, green pepper, and onion in the evening. 12 Hersheyβs kisses I need to throw those things away! Hershey has ALWAYS been my favorite chocolate.
12/24 137.0 I know this isnβt real but I was tempted to not even post this. LATE Dinner at friends last night. I usually eat before 3 or 4 and this was closer to 6:30. I had 1/2 glass of wine but every dish was carb loaded. Lasagna noodles, garlic bread, tabouli salad, lemon cake, tapioca.
12/25 135.5 Yesterday I ate toppings ONLY from 2 slices of pizza, some salad, 3 oz brisket, 5 Kisses yesterday. Off to DD#2 & DSIL, 4 DGC, and DGGS for traditional Christmas brekkie Sticky Buns
12/26 135.5 Yesterday - 2 sticky buns, 6 oz of meat and eggplant (thatβs what was left after I removed 1# of lasagna noodles from what our friend gave us.) I added a little mozzarella and Parmesan and had a small salad. I added some no carb and low carb alcohol to a half cup of coffee. Not enough water. No Kisses.
12/27 134.5 Drank 90 oz of water, 2 small pieces of chicken and a small salad5 -
5'2, 66 YO. Have been as high as 160, as low as 115. Best weight: 125. Goal weight: 125-130.
