New Year's resolutions rarely last. According to health.usanews.com 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by the second week of February. I am part of the 20% that made it in 2023. How do you ask? I'm not really sure what clicked this time around - but for sure know that I owe much of my success to the Biggest Loser group on My Fitness Pal. I am still a work in progress, but am down 64 pounds since January 2023. Please consider joining us; - the next round of the Biggest Loser Challenge is registering new member now through Dec 27 and starts just after the new year Jan 3.

You won't regret it!

The 🐢 Determined Desert Tortoises 🐢are one of the teams on the Biggest Loser Challenge. We are a wonderful group; sharing great ideas, motivation, accountability, all in a nonjudgemental way. Our motto is slow and steady wins the race; persistance is the answer. We are looking for new members and would love for you to join us! Full disclosure, I am one of the leaders of our team, so I am biased on it being the best team in the Biggest Loser Challenge.

Our team is just one of the teams of the larger group - check them all out to find the one that fits your needs.

You will need to join the registration team to sign up for The Biggest Loser 54 Challenge. You can find that here:

“Pause and remember – Slow and steady will get you where you want to go. If you put too much pressure on yourself for results too quickly, you will quickly give up.”
