MFP has always worked great to keep me mindful but what I need now is accountability. I have some good tips and experience to share and would love to learn from others too. Looking to connect with others and share diaries and/or collaborate on workout plans. Iโ€™m old to MFP but new to community, so still reading through some of the newbie posts about how to best use this platform.

Here are some of my wellness interests:
- Peloton user (bike and strength)
- Meal prepper (usually just for myself/work lunches, looking to start planning ahead for family meals too)
- Sauna (currently can only afford a cheap sauna blanket which works ok)
- No specific diet preferences. Open to meals that are high protein, vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, whatever! I just love good nourishing food.
- Sourdough baker and determined to use this to enhance my health, not impede it.
