Hey! 👋🏼 Looking for accountability partners! 40’s F

MFP has always worked great to keep me mindful but what I need now is accountability. I have some good tips and experience to share and would love to learn from others too. Looking to connect with others and share diaries and/or collaborate on workout plans. I’m old to MFP but new to community, so still reading through some of the newbie posts about how to best use this platform.

Here are some of my wellness interests:
- Peloton user (bike and strength)
- Meal prepper (usually just for myself/work lunches, looking to start planning ahead for family meals too)
- Sauna (currently can only afford a cheap sauna blanket which works ok)
- No specific diet preferences. Open to meals that are high protein, vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, whatever! I just love good nourishing food.
- Sourdough baker and determined to use this to enhance my health, not impede it.
