4 Million in 2024

Ok, here is my plan....... anyone who wants to join in would be welcome.
4 million steps in 2024...... that is an average of 11K per day. I am adding a few things myself, like food tracking and some short-circuit training, but the main drive is to get me back out walking.
Starting Monday, maybe I can find some friends (or at least fellow participants) to join in and see what we can do. Just think, 10 of us walking together we can plan 40 million steps in one year!

Do any of you use the World Walking app (or web site)…. It was created in Scotland and is free. I’ve virtual walked through a number of countries and find it quite motivating. We could start a group there to track if anyone is interested?

I was just using this group as a motivational discussion group. Post our walks, update our distances, and keep each other motivated. For myself, I choose "Conqueror Challenges", I know it costs a bit of money but the "Fellowship of the Rings" Set of walks totals within 10 miles of my estimated 4 million steps for the year.
