I used to be fit
And now I am twit
In my 49th year
And I need to lay off the beer
My running and miles
Became the couch and fast food aisles
Where once stood a man with spectacular pecs
Now sits a waddle pudge with little to no sex
I threw that one in there with a slight laugh
But honestly I gotta be healthier for my own behalf
Maybe that last verse is a bit off with the grammar
but I gotta hit this new year weight loss weight goal with a sledge hammer
Yes now these are coming out a bit forced
but I promise it will all end
By me simply asking
