Hi I’m new to this. Like a lot I’m trying to start the new year off right. I’ve tried many times and failed . Always saying maybe this time. I don’t weigh myself just go by feeling and clothes. Anyone have feelings either way about that? I’d love to hear your experiences.

Some people don't like to weigh. I do. I like to weigh every day first thing in the morning. Well, second thing. I don't pay attention to the number. I write it down, then when I make coffee I put it in a spreadsheet and only care about the rolling average. There's too much fluctuation day-to-day. Pounds sometimes.
Do what works for you.
The main thing is set good goals and get going. Go slow to win, and then if you get the urge to quit, ignore that. You have to stick to it or it won't work!
