Hi! I'm new here. Just starting today. Over the past year I have lost 46 lbs. I know that's good, and I am proud of myself, but I cannot lose that last 14 pounds! I thought I'd give this a try and see if I can do it by tracking everything! Any food ideas, exercise tips, etc are welcome!!
