Hi, I’m Mahala and I just started trying to lose weight in the last few weeks. I haven’t stepped on a scale in about a week but I feel so much healthier already! I walk about 5 miles a day, as well as exercising most days and drinking ALOT of water and now I will be counting calories! Hope to see a scale difference soon! My wedding is in 3 months! 🥰

There's lots of good tools here. The main thing is to set some good goals that are challenging but not TOO challenging, and mostly to STICK TO IT.
